After you’ve had a vis­it with one of our health­care providers, you may receive an email or a let­ter in the mail from Press Ganey, ask­ing you to com­plete a sur­vey. Press Ganey has been the nation­al leader in patient expe­ri­ence mea­sure­ment and improve­ment for over 30 years and we are delight­ed to be work­ing with them as we strive to trans­form our patient expe­ri­ence. We hope you’ll take a few moments to fill out the sur­vey. By shar­ing your thoughts about your care expe­ri­ence, you can help make our care bet­ter for future patients and their families.

We share our patient sat­is­fac­tion rat­ings and com­ments with patients on our web­site, but all names and iden­ti­fiers are removed to ensure feed­back is list­ed anony­mous­ly. Wor­ried about pri­va­cy? Your name or any per­son­al infor­ma­tion will nev­er be sold or giv­en to any out­side com­pa­ny and your answers on the sur­vey are com­plete­ly confidential.
