Schedule A Flu Shot

Please answer the following question(s) to help us find the location best suited to your specific needs.

What age is the patient?

It’s the time of year to start thinking about protecting your family against influenza. The most effective way to protect against the illness is to get the flu vaccine. Just like last year, we’re recommending that everyone in your family, 6 months of age and older, including pregnant women, get the flu vaccine.

The 2019-2020 flu vaccine is now available at our primary care offices, Express Care clinics and Immediate Care Centers throughout Chicagoland. With flu shot clinics available seven-days-a-week, you and your family can receive a flu shot at a time and location that is convenient for you.

Schedule a flu shot appointment at one of our convenient locations.

*If you have received your vaccine at your work place or from another provider, please send a MyChart message with the date and location of your vaccine. Or, call your physician's office with this information if you're not a MyChart user so it can added to your electronic medical record. It is important that your physician has this information on file.

There are no open flu clinics that match your criteria. Please contact your primary care physician.
